Common Inquiries
We know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be difficult. To make the process a little easier, we have put together some of the questions we are frequently asked. If there’s something we have missed, just reach out and we will do our best to help.
What is the walk process? Do you send updates after the walk?
A Woof Point Walker will come to your apartment to pick up your adorable pup! From there they will go on a 20 minute walk around the River North/Wolf Point neighborhood where your pup will have the opportunity to get some fresh air, exercise, and use the bathroom. Once the walk is over your dog will be returned safely to your apartment followed by an update of how your dog did on the walk, if they went #1 and #2 , and some photos!
*If the weather is not permitted for walks we do offer indoor playtime/bathroom time in the dog runs.
How do payments work?
We currently are accepting forms of payment through Venmo, Zelle/Chase Quick Pay or Cash.
Invoices are sent out every Sunday and must be paid within the 72 hour time period or there will be a $5.00 late fee added.
Do you need keys to my unit?
A single set of keys can be left on-site in a left with the owner Drew, in a lock box, or with door staff. Depending on your building if you are unable to provide a set of keys we will need to be added to the permission to enter or given an access code to be let in.
Do you administer medication and can you feed pets after walks?
Yes! We are more than happy to administer any medication during the visit with the given instructions. There is no additional cost to administer medication or feed your pet.
Do you work on weekends or holidays?
Yes! Woof Point Walkers is available 365 days of the year!
We kindly ask that overnights, weekends, and holiday care must be booked with proper notice.

I am a new Client how do I begin services with you?
All new clients must schedule a free meet and greet with the company owner Drew. This allows us to meet you and your pet as well as understand your pets needs. The meet and greet will allow you to ask any further questions, meet the heart and soul of the company, and allow you to book services!
